Bannerton was founded in Ireland 17 years ago on a simple idea. The person who wins your trust should be the person who does the work. That has held as the firm has grown into the UAE, the UK and the US.
We take on a small number of clients at a time. We tell them what we think, including when it is not what they hoped to hear. And we judge ourselves on what changes for them, not on how busy we look.
Bannerton advises boards, founders and leadership teams on how they are seen and what they say, across Ireland, the UK, the UAE and the US. Every client works directly with Sharon Bannerton, from the first brief to the final word.

About Sharon
Sharon Bannerton, Founder and Managing Director
Sharon has spent 17 years advising organisations, first in Ireland and now across the Gulf, on reputation, on media, and on the moments that test both. She holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction with Distinction. Her board work centres on reputational risk, crisis readiness and stakeholder trust.
She is a qualified business coach and delivers every media training session herself, from first time spokespeople to chief executives facing a live story. In Abu Dhabi she led communications for LAMMAH AL BAHR, an ADIO backed festival championing Emirati SMEs, artisans and brands. In Ireland she led Champion Green, the national campaign to back local business.
She divides her time between Dubai and Dublin, and hosts conferences and awards as an MC.
